I don't know whether this is a bug or what but whenever I try to join one of your servers I am not able to be connected. If it is cause I'm banned then I don't know cause I don't remember doing anything on this server that would ban me. Just looking for why I can't connect to these servers (only seems to be with HSP.HK servers), any help/advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

You are not banned. Maybe your connection problem is simply connection problem. But without technical details there is literally nothing I can tell right now.
