I was storing a wrapped summer shades in Dispenser 95 directly before it went offline. Didn't get a security code and no prompt to enter one either. Items aren't showing up in my inventory . The exchange number was 482719.

This pointed out a bug in the Steam inventory history verification, its fixed and your summer shade is in your inventory now.
