As title suggests, item exchange (Strange Minigun, Triad Trinket etc.) listed as "completed" by dispenser 18 around 50 minutes ago.

It seems every time I try to use this site there are problems with the bots, the site itself crashes or my items are locked away from me. The last time this happened I was unable to withdraw items for three days and no explanation was given and my comments ignored. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Today Valve just shut down Steam servers in US, I just switched the botnet to use servers in the Netherlands.

Steam is a moving target, and there are hundreds lines of changes everyday, to cope with their small changes here and there.
