For example every Steam User that is Premium on Team Fortress 2 or what ever you prefer to have to can Log In to Dispenser.tf for the first time using a special Referral Link that can be similar to how Bazaar.tf the user that referred the new user will get let's say $0.10 worth of donation credit.
