Can't transfer items, completed is not really completed. - Page 1

It said the transfer completed, but the items still here, haven't transferred to the receiver's shop.
And the transfer quota have deducted.

Joto	Sept. 27, 2013, 4:33 a.m. Background transfer (offline purchase, item transfer) was broken due to a Steam update. It should work now.

can't transfer items, just show the message "Transferring items ... "
