How do I tell the difference of the two copies? I presume it has to something to do either either content, region differences, or, region lock, and, I don't want to buy a game that's locked to only one region.

There are games that are under more than 4 different defid with the same name and I am not sure about their difference too.

We will change it so that the defid is shown (an unique id of each gift in the item schema). However I have no idea of where to know what an id stands for.
