I have 2 problems
1 - I have sent gift to my game bot 1 Counter-Strike Complete and accepted trade bot, but now i cant see my item in shop and not see it in my steam inventory.
But my games is still in the inventory of my bot (Dispenser 47)

2 - Another problem is: a few hours ago I closed the trade of my Counter Strike Global Offensive and silent hill homecoming With the intention of passing it on to my steam inventory. But In this case I do not Appear in my inventory the shop to return it to my inventory of steam ..

I must also clarify that after the first problem I had, I changed my bot with the illusion, to recover my game.
All of my games have the bot: (Dispenser 47)
