Can't relocate my bot - Page 1

I donated 50$ about 1.5~ days ago, but I still didn't get my VIP bot. Tried to relocate the bot multiple times, but it is grey and says I have "uncommited tasks" since then. Currently it shows "Agent: Dispenser 14 (Lv.3) (300 spaces left) " but I'm pretty sure it isn't the VIP bot, since I couldn't personalize it.

Joto	Jan. 9, 2014, 2:31 p.m. This is a VIP bot, so to be not able to personalize it should be another problem. What kind of error are you getting?

When last time I tried, it just didn't do anything when I clicked on the apply button. That's why I though it isn't a VIP bot. But looks like the personalization works perfectly now. (It is already set a country. :O )
