In my dispenser I have 9 gift wraps and 1 key, only problem is that none of them are appearing to me and before that started happening everytime I tried to withdraw them I was told that I needed to change my bp and profile settings to public, even though they are and always have been public, please help me, I need those items like right now.

I think steam is having issues. If you try to sell something on the market it doesn't come up for another 3 hours. It could be completely unrelated. Or its connected to steam API, which can mess up dispenser.tf
