Can't exchange items

Every time I add bot and try to deposit my items i get this "False. Some item information are unavailable, please try again later". Tried several times (yesterday, this morning and just now) but the problem remains ... Can you help me?

You could just try again after a while. That message comes up when the bot can't get item information from the Steam API.
Also, make sure your BP is not private (including steam gifts, which has a separate checkbox on Steam to control its privacy).

Thank you for your help! Didn't notice that my gift inventory was set to private, so making it public solved the problem.
