Bot blocked me. - Page 1

I don't think bots have been scripted to block anyone.
However, if it removed you as friend ( I think that might be after a trade ), it might take a while before you can add it again, this is on steam's side.
Also, the website will automagically add the bot as friend once you start a exchange session, you don't have to add it yourself :)

But always when I add him via. Exchange it says I have to add him Manual.
And everytime I try to add him, there will be an reply from the Bot "The Player is ignoring you" or something.

You only get that message because the bot has blocked you already.
To get yourself unblocked you have to block it then unblock it on Steam.
