Bought metal with credit - Page 1

So I found a shop that would take credit for scrap: http://dispenser.tf/trade/79258/
I sent the trade for 0.77 worth of metal. IT took the credit but I never got the metal. I cannot get the metal and I feel like I'm getting cheated out of my credit
