I'm new here so give me a break if this question is buried somewhere but what's the deal with trade offers? if steam regular trades keep failing then bots fail. I have tried 30+ times to upload to new account I just made. $50 donation but steam/valve trade fails every time. However if you use regular trading system you can spam the trade offer enough that it will eventually work.
1st question: wheres the option to upload with trade offers when regular trading is down?
2nd question: is it going to be implemented in the future?
3rd question.: others bot trading sites have this feature why not here?
4th question: if its not here and there are no plans for it can I get my money refunded?

1. Currently bots do not react to trade offers at all.
2. I am not sure if I understand you right, so you want the bot to accept trade offers?
3. Which other sites use trade offer to exchange item with bots?
4. Maybe.

*EDIT*: After considering we will add support of Steam Trade Offer to the bots, at least used for exchange items. Initial testing suggests it is a much faster and secured way to transfer items compared to Steam trade.
