So today I got this message and restrict with no particular reason.
One of my friends got it aswell, and we tried to figure it out what can be common in us.

We found the followings:
- We both use Dispenser.tf
- Make a lot of trades (Might a hijacked item flowed through us)
- One-sided trades (because of the bots)
- Sent some phishing messages to each other that we got from random accounts, and we found to be funny ("Add my friend, he wants to trade your thrash for some good items http://PHISlink/profiles/415266236123"

Does anybody else got a restrict? Does anybody have a clue what's going on??

Because image linking isn't working, here's the direct link to the screenshot:

No, I don't, but, you do realize XP is losing it's security updates very soon? I _SERIOUSLY_ recommend upgrading to a newer windows model, or, side grading to something like Linux, if you don't, newer games are already unavailable to you (Due to XP only supporting DirectX9), and, you'll soon be liable to any exploits found against XP.

Thanks for helping in this aspect.
This is a very old hardwered laptop, so wouldn't run any newer windows, and I don't really like linux.

I barely play on this machine aswell, so it's not a problem for me.

Don't know though, how long Avast will be updated still, but independent from that only SP3 is my "protection" now... :P - don't know how non-supporting the XP will affect me considering these.

It's a pretty big issue, if I say so myself. If I were you, I'd take to time to install a nice user-friendly LTS operating system (Ubuntu? Debian? Something like that) if it's your first time with Linux, it's a very powerful light weight (Heh, maybe not Ubuntu) operating system, which, the most important thing, still has security updates.

If you want to try and get the most speed out of it, and, are willing to poke around a little more, look into Arch/Gentoo/etc..., but, they're quite a lot harder to even get running than others (which are literally plug in, and, follow onscreen instructions).

As for your steam issue, I run one of my own bots (I.E. not dispenser.tf, but, my own user:pass bots), use dispenser.tf, talk about a range of things on steam (Ranging from phishing, to piracy, to illegal pornographic content, to leaks from Valve, to buying and selling games using PayPal, etc...), and, I haven't had a ban. I've never actually sent a phishing URL, however, via steam, which may be your issue.

Send a support ticket and bug them to hell.

My guess: You have been reported trading fraudulent purchased gifts.

I wouldn't be surprised if they'd make a bot that's monitoring chat messaging looking for steamcommunity links with a typo, so yeah, that' might be the case.

Thanks for the advices tho, I'll might just get a new laptop that's running windows 7-8.

I sent them a message, but feel kinda useless now, as it tooks time like 4-5 days to give an answer. (I know I have to wait, and see what happens)

Actually that might be the case, but I don't think so, because:
- My dispenser.tf bot wasn't banned
- I buy ALL the games from my dealers (no random sellers) and as far as I know, they are doing good
