Hi. I'm trying to buy 1 game copy in http://dispenser.tf/trade/77685/ I have the Dota 2 keys but the bot is not working and the offline said that I have insufficient asset but that's not true.
Please help me.

Withdraw keys from bot, make a manual steam trade. Best thing I can suggest.

You may have understood offline purchase wrong. Offline purchase uses items in your shop inventory to purchase. It seems what you are trying to do was 'anonymous purchase'.
