same here, i have many ghost items at my bot, please fix it

Any chance the gift is revoked? There is no Bioshock Infinite on your old bot and the one you are on right now.

I checked the bot's history. Game traded in on Mar 30, and has never been traded out since then. Now it is no longer in the system. All I can think of is gift revoke which is very common these days.

I know you have transfered the gift to the bot. But Valve would delete it anytime they want if they think that is a fraudulent purchase.
