I know to go to view_customization. I enter all the things I want, and I hit apply, but it still has the default Dispenser bot name. Is this a bug since the offline update?

It works when I re-test this feature, you may have to wait around 1 minute to see the changes you made are applied in the Steam side, because the update of the whole bot profile takes 3 HTTP requests.
