I deposited 4 ref to purchase an item that was 3.33 ref. I successfully deposited the credits and made the purchase, and now I have .66 ref remaining in my account as credits. I would like to withdraw all of this, but I am unable to withdraw any of it. Would someone please help me with this issue?

U can only withdraw full refined (, if they didn't change anything since I last used it). There always used to be people to trade scrap or reclaimed metals for credits of the same amount. Try and find one of those stores.
