Stuck with this message no matter what trade I try to make – I've tried 5 or 6 by now over the span of several hours.

Same issue here. I've tried multiple times with various bots, and keep getting stuck on the consistency popup.

I'm not sure, but I guess that it might be fault of steam servers in Your region. Or bad connection between You and dispenser.
Why I think so?
If it was fault of one bot, then it should be fault of dispenser bot, but if its problem of all bots, then it looks like fail in the connection between (dispenser server / You) or (dispenser server / steam server in Your region)

I think all of us who are getting this error are in different regions, so there seems to be something wrong with dispenser itself.

Same problem. I can't even withdraw my keys to trade normally.
