After checking the trade history and scanning lost items we found that your 2x CS:GO has gone disappeared. So I would say Steam support ticket for this one. Looks like Valve deleted a LOT of CS:GO yesterday..

At the same time I would bug Valve to send notification when they delete a gift, there is just no end to this considering I need to spend hours and hours everyday to look for the gifts only to found out they are deleted.

Maybe you should consider scripting in some functionality that checks for potentially deleted gifts. I don't know why Valve can't inform the user with a notification when an inventory item is deleted but they can do that when an activated game is revoked (and I think they don't always do that either).

Yes, we could send notification when our system removes a dead item, but I guess people will still feel skeptical unless we have some kind of official notification from Steam to show them.

Aw.. how do i do this since the gifts deleted where deposited on your site's bot.

And i already've one support ticket created since before depositing these gifts i had bought 12 csgo gifts which were deleted from my inventory and seems like they deleted 8 more gifts from my inventory. Its seriously fucking off what i paid..... Total CSGo Gifts lost Atm is 23 Gifts. zzzzz

You should be careful who you buy gifts from. If the price is too good to be true and you're tempted to buy it, don't. Check the users account and past trades, if it's a new user simply don't trade with them. That way the chance of your gifts being revoked is pretty much 0.

The notification I am talking about is only for my convenience, so that I know what happened exactly when a user reports missing gifts and I won't end up looking for something that does not exist. I could resend the notification to the users so they know what to do.

Also, I would say do not bother getting in the 'gift resell business' unless you have ways to obtain cheap games from safe sources instead of trading them off random people.

Thanks for advice will consider. xD; I usually Buy CSGO gifts only During sale & haven't got any problem from the sellers. Its the first time i faced this shit. Anyways steam support has restored half of treasure keys i paid, hope they'll restore the rest.
