Can't Withdraw Anything

I am trying to withdraw all my keys and the copy of COD ghosts but I keep getting stuck with this message:

One Moment Please:

The system is working on -

Checking steam rep
Checking inventory constancy
Selecting items from your steam account

Can you please fix this..

What does work though is you can still do trade offer withdraws, at least as VIP

I have VIP how do you do this?.. Sadly I can't send trade offers as I am using my phone an unable to send trade requests as laptop broke... Does this mean I can't get my items back?

Yeh you gotta be using browser. Double clicking on a mobile phone just leads to zooming in unfortunately. Anyway on your home screen for dispenser shop there's a link.

EXCHANGE ITEMS (SINGLE OFFER METHOD FOR VIP)
Start a trade offer with this link.
Offer and request items in the trade offer. Trade offers that cause item count over your account limit will be declined.
Click make offer.
Click 'Process Item Exchange' button below.

And there's a button "Process"

This might work if your Shop is not yet Full...
But apparently it doesn't seem to work when your Shop is already FULL :(

Darn it looks like I won't be fit to do that, these trade locks with new device are really irritating..
