Frauders can sell gifts for regular price, they dont need to quick sell... BUY ONLY FROM TRUSTED TRADERS. Thats all, You should be happy, that guys from valve didn't banned Your main account. I guess that they banned bot account because it looks fishy (low games) and Your main account has over 700 games, so valve decided to ban account used to fraud, not Your main. You should send a letter for Gaben and thanks him for that.

Make print screens of fraudantly bought gifts (they guy that You bought it) and explain it to valve guys. It's possible that NORMAL trader bought them from frauder and sold for normal price. So the only way to avoid sad situations is TO BUY GAMES FROM TRUSTED PROVIDERS. Price lower than TLSWP (The Lowest Sale World Price) means that game is in 95% of cases frauded or hijacked from account, but NORMAL PRICE MEANS NOTHING. I stopped to buying games from random traders very fast, because I realized, that I can lose much more than I could get profit.

I don't blame You, but it's Your faullt that You bought game from non-trusted trader after sale...

@007.Blackburn - This is normal and very common. Valve often just revokes stuff, but doesn't trade block the account.

In your case, maybe you got trade blocked because you were trading many copies, or maybe some other reason?

When I'm trading for a game, I'll always check the account at SteamRep, obviously, and look at their trades at TF2Outpost.com. What I want to see is: account is at least one year old, has lots of games installed, and has done many game trades already.

Do you want to say who you traded with? So we can take a look.



(And, BTW, 4 keys is probably the peak price for CS:GO - Steam Summer Sale is coming soon, and the price will go back down to about 3 keys. Just IMHO

I don't see anything very suspicious about these 2 guys. They both have a lot of trades on dota2lounge. But they don't seem to have a lot of experience trading games, which is maybe why they bought games from this guy...




i don't care about the games that have been revoked , i care about my bot and my items on it , i didn't make anything wrong to get banned - it is rly unfair
So, he is the problem. No trading history on tf2op or d2l, and looks like he scammed lots of people with revoked games

edit: anyway, it looks like you did nothing wrong, so my guess is that Steam Support will eventually reverse the trade and give your keys back... might take a few weeks though. I think the difficulty is that your trade to your own bot is one sided, so Steam Support need to know the bot is your alt account.

so You bought cs go gifts for 4d2 keys which were worth 4.8 euro in market and wanted to sell them for 4 tf2 keys worth 7 euro, thats what I call resell from random guy, In my opinion steam should punish You for buying games from suspected guys by taking some keys from your account -_-
You helped frauder, no ones would sell cs go when d2 keys was so low for 4 keys -_-

If steam dont punish you, then You will help frauders again -_-

I have emailed them for a follow-up. I think they got the wrong account to blame. Dunno if they will trade lock you instead, though. Hope you are also a victim in this case.
