Can't withdraw my won items!

I won raffle 3 weeks ago with background and some tf2 items, and still can't withdraw my items.

Same problem here, someone won my raffle and coudn't withdraw his games either, as me his refs he paid.

If you won that background from my raffle; my bot no longer has that background in his inventory. So it should be somewhere in the system.
