Joto, please do not say "I can't do anything". I completely understand what you have done is for the benefit of all.
But people who have payed 25$ are completely fucked atm.

5$ / 10$ tiers are restricted are fine, at-least give each premium (25$) user their own bot without any personalization/and any other features which the VIP enjoys.

This way we get a bot which deals with my gifts but I am not allowed to change its name or anything other which the VIP enjoys. It's the same Dispenser 07(level 03), instead it's only restricted to one Premium user. I don't need 300+ inventory space, there is no point for me to pay 25$ more.

Maybe you can even charge us like 5$ extra for a private bot (not a personalized bot which the VIP have). OR atleast give us half the amount in refund if we do not wish to pay 25$ more. Or Maybe Give 2 premium users to share one bot. OR DO SOMETHING PLEASE.

Please help us, else i'm afraid a lot of people will quit using dispenser/stop paying more money. I personally would quit rather than paying an extra 25$, because personally I do not have that much turnover, I do casual trading selling 3-5 gifts a day.

Okay then. What will you do if the other $25 donator on your bot fk you up by selling revoked gifts and the bot get trade banned?

I could understand $25 donator is quite unsatisfied. But please give us some time. First I need to add lots of bots and then we can think about how to let $25 premium to have a bot. I may need to adjust the price and balance things out.

Is it not possible to restrict sellers on dispenser to steam users that are high level with an old account? This would get rid of almost all scammers.

I don't see why it would be no problem at all for $5 and $10 tiers, but a disaster for $25. It hits those tiers just as much :(

I feel like the fairest and easiest way would be; just leave it like it is now.

Now, I don't mean to say people are doing this intentionally, but it is currently very convenient for people to transfer their risk to us. Let's say, people bought cheap gifts and resell here, knowing that there is like 70% of chance that these items are fraudulently purchased. Now the gifts are revoked. From Valve's perspective, they would choose the bot to ban rather than the user who put the games in. So even 'old and trusted' users are always pushing their luck as they seldom get punished for doing so. I don't blame them because they could never be 100% sure, but all we can do is to transfer the responsibility back to them while trying to keep other innocent users safe.

2 people sharing an account was just a suggestion for the time being untill you can get more accounts. I'm glad to hear you are thinking about adding more accounts.

Take some time, but please do not completely screw the 25$ donators. :(

Hah. I am not reselling steam gifts. All my gifts bought from steam store by me. So it is impossible to for me to revoke the gift :) And I am selling around 15 gifts in a week. And I don't want to pay 50$ just to sell steam gifts ( I will pay 50$ only if this rule will be forever, and non-VIP people couldn't sell gifts ) Maybe you should add something like account verification ?
