i Donated like 2 hours ago ! and it accepted ! 12 key ! and it write 24$ added to , but i am not VIP

in the page , the page for steam item donation , it say 3th june donated 12 key for 24$ !
but 24$ is not added to my 26.6$ and i am not yet VIP ,

almost 2 hours passed :|

Tnx :| sorry if i am rushing things but i spend so much time and still not vip ... first new site policy ... then i spent 2 hours trying to donate but it reject .... and now it accept ! but nothing :|
