Same here, when I try to send a trade offer manually (VIP) I keep getting error 26. Might be a steam problem.

For the record. Both withdraws and purchasing are working for me now.

I am still affected, at least for Dota2 items. Cannot withdraw or send trade offers to the bot if it includes Dota2 items. I believe admin assistance is required.
