yes, tried some steam gift because as free user i could trade steam gifts, but only 10 slots.

so i donated some bucks to get basic user and upgrade to 25 slots.
but through upgrade steam gifts feature is gone.

You have to be VIP to sell gifts (I.E. donate $50+), you can't when you're free, and, you can't when you're basic. It's a recently added rule, and, it does have a backbone (Fraudulent gifts on shared bots won't effect everyone on the bot), but, it's extremely annoying, I do concur. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it other than donate $50.
