i sent keys 18+ hours in the past but i still have them in inventory - Page 1

hi I sent keys to other users in the past , some times it takes up to 2-3 hours , but this time it has been 18+ hours and the keys are still in the bot , and the accounts that should receive the keys still have the waiting for transportation icon
please help
