What then will become with my bitcoin which I sent by freebitco.in, I sent exactly 0.00012730 BTC.
and why minimum amount is not written anywhere?

I guess it may be because they're moving the incoming deposit to another address ON the blockchain (maybe for security reasons?), and using the blockchain.info wallet API to handle it. That API forces a 0.0005 BTC fee on all transactions, unfortunately.
