It was working just fine when I sold my CS:GO like 4 or 5 days before but now when I try to deposit steam gift it says error 16 and does not accept them.

Sounds like a Steam error; has nothing to do with dispenser.tf

Just Steam servers being overloaded and not accepting trade offers
