So my bot traded 17 hats for 17 refined metal and there is no metal in my inventory.

The trade was with: Alive, Seeing, Able, and Smary

Check the bot's inventory, it might just be stuck in there. Steam is having major trading issues, like it does during every major sale. Just check the inventory of the bot and as long as it's there, just need to be patient with steam.
