I'm trying to make a purchase on this shop http://dispenser.tf/id/76561198042370878 but got a message
"This shop is full and cannot accept any extra items. Please inform the shop owner to withdraw some items."

Can you take a look on it?

I'll point out before you get a flood of "Tell the owner, not the forum" messages:-

This seems like a legitimate issue with the service (Dispenser.TF), the user is free and has ten items in his inventory (All refined), however, he's accepting BTC, not an inventory item, thus, he should be allowed to trade and not go over his limit (In fact, lower it). So, this is indeed a bug report.
