Well, I've used the site before and it used to be really fast. Today I wanted to add some items to my shop once again and trader the logistic bot thingy. I offered the itens and it accepted but two hours after that and not is showing still. Is this supposed to happen? If so I'll really not use the site anymore since it will take forever to do any kind of exchanges.

No, not meant to happen, it's been happening the last twenty four hours or so, nothing much we can do but wait.

Can I ask, is this an automated process, or, is this something you have to do manually? I'm watching the bot history (http://dispenser.tf/bot/92/inventoryhistory) and it seems to be moving *really* slowly, which, makes me believe it's manual. If it is a manual process, I really do pity you, that sounds like a major inconvience for you.

Same here now. I did a trade yesterday with my bot, and I got the keys, and the bot got my new gifts, but the bot still shows the keys and not the gifts.

On the other hand, today I made one trade with my bot perfect, so the only trade bugged was it from yesterday.


Same here, I transfered 14 gifts in the last transaction and they're not showing in store inventory or inventory history. However I can see them in the bot's inventory.

It's turning annoying that everyday we have a different error in bots, I thought we pay for having a quality service :/

Items are discovered automatically but I have to verify and confirm their ownership before assigning to a shop.

Because we have a new problem. Recently we have found items with same Original IDs coming in. I dunno why they exist (probably Steam support restored a lot of items recently) and being so common all of a sudden. They certainly do not work with our current system, causing items to 'drop' out because they cannot be registered properly.
