If match date cannot be confirmed by 9ay, and no representatives from 9ay is trying to amend the date with me by 12 AM 18-Dec-2011. I will assume 9ay is available on 19-Dec-2011 at 10PM.

Admins have decided to give 9ay a grace period of 24 hours to get in touch with HSP team captain Chlorine via this thread.
If no actions are taken by 9ay to organize the match, 9ay will be given a forfeit.

The match admins have agreed to delay the match between HSP and 9ay by a week. The match planning deadline is now 25/12/2011 and match has to be played before 2 Jan 2012.

To HSP members: I think playing the match on 26 / 28 is the best as we can play our strongest roster against 9ay.
Can you guys tell me about your availability on 26 and 28 ASAP?

It is 2 maps only, I don't think it takes that long, either 1/1 or 2/1 is fine for us.

2/1 9ay play with ptend, may be we play with ptend tomorrow earlier night (19:00 begin).

Then play the 3 maps straight, sub players if individual players need to toilet/dinner, or begin the last map on 22:30 or 23:00 after a break after first 2 maps.
