There are some problem about the Wickland gifts in your bot. When they were sent to the delivery bot there was no option to accept them as gifts, causing the stuck. It looks like a Steam bug or your gifts are glitched and at this moment I have no solution. I suggest not to withdraw them now or wait until they become tradable.
