Due to new Steam regulations, in order to trade Steam community items [trading card, gems, emoticons etc.], your account must own a game with trading cards support. Working games include cheap games like Bad Rats or even free games like Dead Island Epidemic.
To VIPs: If you have untradable Steam community items in bot's inventory, you could send a game with trading card support to the bot and reply to this post to notify me to redeem your game.
Solution is not working anymore, researching for new ones.

Solved it by sending 1 trading card to my bot after you activated the game. Then it worked
