so i've bought https://dispenser.tf/market/18581/
this gift. When i tried to add it to my library, it said it is not possible because it is restricted from my country, even thought it didn't say anything that it has country restrictions... Is it possible to get a refund somehow? Because i've just wasted 6.9 keys...
