Hi, I want to withdraw my credit as tf2 keys but there are no stocks for days.
Operation Hydra keys are cheaper than tf2 on every place even on steam market but its not on dispenser. Therefore there are thousands of hydra keys on dispenser but not tf2. As you already know CS GO keys have also trade hold for 7 days. Can you reconsider exchange rates Hydra between tf2?
1 Hydra = 1,07 tf2 on dispenser
1 Hydra = 0,93 tf2 on steam market

Have a good day / night

+1000, joto i suggest dont take hydra keys, nobody wants them

haha, yeah, i mentioned this on some bug report post about 10 days ago.

the hydra key rate is way too high. it is also paying too muuch for vanguard, winter offensive, etc. hell, operation breakout is even giving 1.04 now. these keys have lost some of their trading value, so the ones that nobody wants, well, there are too many in circulation.

hydra really needs to be something like 0.8, falchion/breakout/winter offensive etc should be 0.9-0.95. the min for csgo keys shouldn't be 1.0 anymore for sure

Yes but people already exchanged all the tf2 keys away already. The rate would be adjusted but there is no tf2 keys here right now and we cannot fix that right away..

I would like to ask to not make the rate change retroactively, it's not right. When i deposited my cs:go keys it said i got 20 untradable keys credit and the rate was 1:1. Currently it says 17 untradable keys credit. Right now as it as, i got basically scammed out of 3 keys/credits. I would like either full 20 credits as it was promised on deposit or the ability to withdraw the same 20 keys i deposited.

dispenser is dead with this fee policy? maybe joto ....... think about

Eventually TF2 keys and CS:GO keys will balance out when the price of certain CS:GO keys stabilized. We used to have 10k+ TF2 keys and noone wanted to take them. The Steam market economy changes all the time and I am not surprised.

In the meantime, I will try to provide more types of available CS:GO keys for withdrawal and decrease the deposit rate of CS:GO keys to start balancing the numbers.

The problem is that nobody will take those CS Go keys for rates like 1.07. Currently people can easily 1:1 CS GO keys for TF2 keys:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/29632779

If you pay more than 1.0 per CS GO key people will use dispenser to obtain profit.
This also explains why nobody in their right mind would withdraw credit as CS GO keys, you would take a 7% hit currently. I would not mind withdrawing as CS GO keys despite their trade limit if the rate was much closer to 1:1.

We will wait for some events that cause TF2 keys to crash then, no worry. :)

yeah, tf2 is owned by valve as well. once some critical mass is reached, i'm sure the tf2 items will have same trade lock as csgo.

also, most of these 1:1 offers are for the junk keys. if i was into this sort of trading (wastes too much time for me), then these people that have the gamma 2 or spectrum keys for tf2 keys, well, you are getting a good deal there

Dear Joto,
No tf2 keys in stock for weeks. I almost track it every day!
Is there any possibility to reserve some keys? I urgently need some

There were some at least 3-4 times I have seen and withdrawed some

But it is definitely not enough I can not imagine that so many still only deposit CSGO keys for Keycredit
not at these rates and with the Cooldown.

I think that you should give the seller priority or should reserve their keys to them
Nobody should use dispenser to just swap keys

There are not so many active sellers anymore so I wonder where all the keys are (Because buyers are still many in comparison)

I also never understood when I have as an example 50 keys through sales, why I have to take this 50 out of a pool or I have to share this with others.

But should there really still be a problem in the balance between CSGO and TF2 keys.
Then allow active users(Seller and People who logged in a given period) only access to the TF2 keys
if someone only comes back after 2 weeks or months/years to withdraw his 500 Keys then this is bad luck and he/she has to wait

This is sad to see there is no shortage for tf2 keys but those are not avaible to withdraw.

This situation is unacceptable.

Dear Joto, as much respect i have for you and what you have done with this platform for us - sellers and your and our customers, this situation should have never happened.

I have only low amount of credits available, so personally i shouldn't care about this, but it's about the principle. I have no desire to be selling gifts for some virtual and practically worthless credits if they are not backed with tf2 keys that can be withdrawn at will and this is the situation you have created now.

You told before that tf2 keys availability was automatic, but this is now clearly not the case anymore.

The credits must be backed with tf2 keys which should be available at all times and it is up to sellers to withdraw them or not, those are their tf2 keys and they can do with them whatever they want, you shouldn't be taking those keys hostage and in your own words waiting for some "TF2 keys to crash" event to only then release them.

You have been doing that with cs:go keys before, you were keeping them at will and only releasing small amounts at your own will and discretion, always making profit through conversion rates (buying for 1-1.06, selling for 1.07+ credits and no one blames you for that), now that they have lower value, you are trying to push all those amassed cs:go keys down our throats at horrible rates and you are taking tf2 keys hostage. Not right. Not fair.

I know that you can't please everyone and that this situation is partially to be blamed because of cs:go keys deposit allowance (many sellers were complaining at the beginning that they wanted cs:go keys, etc), but the road you took is not the solution. Up to now you were profiting of cs:go keys as well, now it's time maybe to take a hit and loss yourself and not be pushing it on sellers.

It's sad enough that someone deposits tf2 key and he is not able to withdraw it now again if he changed his mind or the game he wanted is not available for purchase anymore. Same situation as before with cs:go keys, guys would deposit them and not be able to withdraw them, this should have been solved differently. Even now, with these new cs:go key rates and untradability, there is no reason for someone to have to wait 7 days for his credit, you already got his keys, it's not like he can withdraw them, you basically killed the cs:go key market with this practise (see how opskins solved the cs:go keys 7 days cooldown).

In any case, each credit should be backed by a tf2 key and the sellers should be able to withdraw them as they please, those are THEIR keys, they can do with them as they want and those keys should not be taken hostage. If the price for that is to completely shut down cs:go keys deposit then so be it, but if i sold something on market for 10 credits, then i expect to withdraw them as tf2 keys without any strings attached (after paying you your market fee). I mean, the same 10 tf2 keys were deposited by a buyer to get credits and those keys should be available to me as a seller.

Don't ruin everything you have done for us with actions like these.
