Under your shop interface, there is a "Inventory" tab and a "Key Credit" tab. You can deposit keys under either tab for different functions.

You deposited your keys under "Inventory", which makes them shop items instead of key credit.

You should withdraw your keys then deposit them again under the "Key Credit" tab.
