Hello!
I listed game on sale, but its impossible to find it via search. My order:

However when trying to find by something like "rise nations" only restricted and untradable market entries are returned, but not mine (tradable version). Any ideas what could be wrong?


Problem still actual.

My customer says ı didnt get game. And ı dont sure ı get keys. Not showing on "steam trade history" about purchase.

Strange thing - buyer bought from me Payday Overkill, i see transaction in trade history page (trade history page from steam), i see item is gone from inventory and i think i got the credit (that was a market trx, judging from that game was exchanged for 0 items). But transaction does now show up in History section.

I got credit -5 keys, please explain and fix this thing, not quite sure how come I owe something as big with such fee.

5 credit worth of gifts were reverted because gifts were not sent. 4 of them was reported here: https://dispenser.tf/forum/view/14641/ . Now I re-revert one back because I could not confirm if the gift was not sent.

Anyway, I found something strange that your bot had sent out 45 untradable garry's mod in these 1-2 days but you had only sold about 25-30?

Please verify this with printed screen-shots of my bot Gift History (Steam interface), send them to my Steam profile. I want to make sure it is not an glich of your system before proceeding, I have no means to check this as bot is under your provisions.

Facts. My steam data shows that in these two days I have sent 46 copies of GMOD, it is also supported by Dispenser data. 16 copies were sent to my main account prior incident. 30 gifts are being sent to costumers according to Dispenser data and rest are sent to my main account. It is not possible that those gifts are reverted, I bought them with Steam Wallet, have evidence of it, I also have account in good fit which eliminates possibility of me having compromised funds.

I have full path available on how I obtained funds. If one is to make claim, it should also be set with evidence, without it, it is not possible for me to consider or support any decision without transparency.

If I have to show the history that would take like 10 screenshot and that would still hardly tell the story. Well, actually there are currently 9 unsent garry's mod that has no owner. It is now likely that all 9 of them are yours.

So we have:

46 gifts originally
30 sold (4 were not sent).
10 withdrawn from you.
1 still on your bot.
5 totally mssing.

Although I have no way to confirm whether the 9 garry's mod gifts on the delivery bot are yours. But they make up the number perfectly for what's missing right now.

If noone else claims those gifts it should be safely assumed they are yours.

It is strange, I actually got 15 GMODs back, i sent some to my alt for processing. One gift is on my bot. It totals of 16 GMODs, which appears to be valid total count.

If bot sends 15 to me and leaves one in bot, but tells in history it sent 16, it just indicates that something is really wrong in your system, you should try to debug, or even halt trading process until this is resolved.

So far I can comfirm that 46 GMODs were sent, 15 pieces I received back, one piece were left in bot. So i can assure that 30 GMODs were sold and they are certanly detached from my account, so any claims made should be considered as invalid. If he did not receive an copy, it might be one unsigned GMOD left somewhere in your system.

I assumed trading with Gifts Happens via our private bots, wasn't that the goal to avoid such hassle by buying premium?

It appears to be right to conclude that it was due system fault. I would like to have my balance restored to previous state to be able to continue selling those gifts.

It appears to be right to conclude that it was due system fault. I would like to have my balance restored to previous state to be able to continue selling those gifts.

I will send back 4 copies. The balance should not be modified further, it should not affect you from selling stuffs either.

However it is said that the status is complete.

I just deposited 20 cs:go keys to the bot http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198072510469

After it's done, i get a message from the desktop notifier that i declined the trade offer. The trade still gone through and the bot got my 20 keys.

I am scared shitless here that something has fucked up. The security code was the right one and all.
