I am unable to close any of my current trades, and My items have been grayed out ever since I started using this site... Don't know what to do.

Items are greyed out when they are in trades. Can you be more specific about how you cannot close a trade?


Yes, When I go into my shop, I try to close a trade but when i click close trade nothing happens, the page doesn't reload or anything... When I click the item of the trade that im am trying to close I click the "close trade" button and something seems to load for a second, but nothing happens... When I say my items are grayed out, I mean that the 10/10 items In my shop Are not able to be selected for exchange, therefor they are kept with the bot the whole time, and have been like that for awhile, and it seems the only way I can get the items back is if they are sold to someone for metal, then I can only extchange for the metal that I have recieved.


When you try to close a trade, you should see a popup that asks you to confirm, you cannot even load that popup?
Anyway, I will close all your trades for now so that you can withdraw the items.

That is correct I get no popup what so ever, It may be due to I have ad-block on, I'll creat a trade with it disabled and see what it does, Ty for closing my trades btw



Edit: Got it to work, If you use any ad-block it disables it :3 (might want to aware people of this, to new users) thanks.

Thanks for your info too. I did not know that popup blocking would be blocking our dialogs.

Hey I am unable to retrieve my name tags from my inventory, as well as other people are unable to buy them when they are set up in a trade. All other items and trades are fine. Just need you to help me out with this.

It should be okay now. You have to re-create the trade though.

The tab which lists metal and such isn't showing up when trying to create a trade.

I recently upgraded to the next tier of donation packages and hit the "change bot" button. Any trade that was posted on the old bot was still posted, and I took them down to re-organize, but it seems I can't re-post the items. They still show up in my inventory, but are grayed out. As I said, they're not in a trade anymore, but I also can't withdraw them from the bot.

The items are all low value, so it's not urgent, but they're taking up slots without being able to post the trades. 2x sticky jumper, 2x rocket jumper, 2x vaccinator, level 100 beggar's bazooka, soviet stitch up, and a few crates.

It appears to be fixed now, thanks!

I created a trade for some steam games - Dungeon Defenders + one of the DLC. I meant to sell them as a pair, not separate. So, I cancelled the store item - but the games are still greyed out as if there is still an active sale for them. How do we fix this?

Edit: I deposited Magicka and the DLC in transaction:
Exchange (Completed) March 17, 2013, 3:50 a.m. (Committed, 399952)

I think the problem might be that I (1) deposited the game and created a sale for it, (2) upgraded my account, which made me switch bots, and (3) cancelled the sale for Magicka since I needed to re-list it as a combined sale. Since the game is not on the "new" bot, maybe that's why it's not releasing it to me. But right now I can't re-list the game because it's still greyed out.

Yes, this is fixed now.

However, I have a new problem. I upgraded from the $10 donator level to the $50 level, and now I can't trade with the bot(s):

there is another small bug in Searchpage: i can not change quality of Dr.Gogglestache to Haunted, maybe you could fix this also?


hello, you did something on that (?) and now i can switch to genuine and vintage, but not haunted. Maybe you could change this again, only unique and haunted is needed. Thank you!

If you try to purchase from the invetory list (the sell/buy on the same item), it will reset to 0 so you can't buy any items. Also the + and - buttons do not work.

In the Pawn Shop: If I specify "Buying Any Strange Weapon", the bot still accepts regular weapons at that price. This is a serious bug I think.
An example:

This should be because that shop is out of that item.
