I created a trade for some steam games - Dungeon Defenders + one of the DLC. I meant to sell them as a pair, not separate. So, I cancelled the store item - but the games are still greyed out as if there is still an active sale for them. How do we fix this?
Edit: I deposited Magicka and the DLC in transaction:

I think the problem might be that I (1) deposited the game and created a sale for it, (2) upgraded my account, which made me switch bots, and (3) cancelled the sale for Magicka since I needed to re-list it as a combined sale. Since the game is not on the "new" bot, maybe that's why it's not releasing it to me. But right now I can't re-list the game because it's still greyed out.
I have checked your bot and the games seem to be in the correct position.
Yes, this is fixed now.
However, I have a new problem. I upgraded from the $10 donator level to the $50 level, and now I can't trade with the bot(s):
