Hey!

My bot sees as if he had 8 Red Faction Guerillas in his inventory, but he has only 7.
I wanted to help him by asking all the 8 guerillas out (I know I gave him 7) but it starts to write errors, something like item schema is broken...

Please delete that glitched stuff out of his mind!

/edit: I think it's because I put 7 guerillas on the bot, then went offline to show my friend how one can anonimously buy something from a dispenser bot.
So I bought the game from my bot for the keys, then I went online to get my keys back, and put the game I just bought back on the bot.

I think this caused the problem: when the bot sold one game he didn't deleted it from his dispenser.tf database, and left this glitched item schema behind...

A lot of the icons for items are not loading when the page loads? Anyone else having this problem? Just a lot of broken image icons, whether its the listings for all of the stores, or my own store page.

i have the same problem, there are some broken imagelinks in the side, very ugly.
they start with: src="/mall/xyzxyz.img

I did not do anything about this but I guess the problem fixed itself. I think all the 8 copies of games on your bots are all retrievable.

On the other hand, item icon problems are being investigated.

Thanks, it disappeared now.
(Yea it was misleading. I held 1 on my account and 7 on my bot, but dispenser.tf showed as if my bot had 8.)

I would like to know if its just me, but all my thumbnails on items dont show, they have an error sign instead. How can i fix this if its on my end?

I'm probably just not looking hard enough but I can't seem to find the link to change my shop name, wasn't it under a separate link from preferences before?

It's not only on your end. But we gotta wait for Cara to fix it.

Hehe, not denying that the URL functions as expected when entered into my browser manually but rather that previously there was a button for this in the navigation part that linked to: http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ for changing the shop name, description etc which seems to have been removed somewhere along the way and just left the link to: http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/

Hey, I just sold a game (Red Faction Armageddon), and its icon turned into a ghost one again.

But this time only in the trade, not in my dispenser inventory (The inventory shows the right things).

In case the problem solves itselves and just need some minutes, maybe hours, I'll delete this comment. But anyways it's a kinda annoying thing.

edit:) Now it disappeared; (maybe some admin deleted the sold one), and this blew up whole system of the trade as it usually does when I edit the trade: http://dispenser.tf/trade/61783/ The icons were mixed like sh*t.
Now I guess I'll make another trade, but I don't delete this yet, as I would like you to see this.

On the other hand, I'm sorry to complain this much, but these are problems that - in my opinion - need to be fixed.

I saw on one of your previous comments that the icon thing is under investigation, and I appreciate this.

edit2:) I had to make a new trade because after half a day the shop didn't update the list of items in the trade (neither in my inventory, so I can't withdraw the newly got keys), and didn't want to risk losing buyers because of the "UNABLE TO OFFER ITEM" error...

Also my bot couldn't trade, and it seemed it would be like that for 15 days, but fortunately - as I said - they deleted the "feature", but in the future they possibly make something new like this again.

thanks for repair of the images.
Now i have a new bug, my Shop doesn't update. The Shophistory is correct but the shop himself not. I withdraw 4 Items, but the shop still show them as there. Thanks for help

I think your shop was also affected by the problem as stated in the main page notice. Hence not updating the recent sales. Your bot could not trade was likely because of some ghost items in your trade but not anything about steam guard.

The 15 days Steam guard rule has been there for a long time and some of our bots went down with it, but it was like a couple of months ago. Now we make sure the bots have enabled steam guard long enough before adding them to the bot nets.
