hello, i have maybe found a bug: i try Auto-matching feature but i think it doesn't work.
I have done a match trade for this http://dispenser.tf/trade/64093/, but after ~ 12 hours nothing happens.

We are very likely to remove that feature. It does not work quite well for the way our system is designed.

Ok, but now i was trying jff a Offline Purchase and the first overlay says: Offline Trade Successful , but after confirm it shows: No Inventory Selected.
And another little Bug: The Counter in Messagewindow did not a goood job: I withdraw 2 Items, so my Shop have then 2 free places, but the message is:
[...]Your shop is full, please withdraw some items, otherwise no more trades will be committed.

Can you tell me more about how you did the offline purchase? Did you pay credit or item? Which trade were you trying to purchase from?

Known problem but cannot really do anything about it. I believe it has something to do about our method of encoding Steam message, or just simply because sometimes the message is too long. But not sure about the exact reason.

It was the same trade with that not working Auto-matching, i try to purchase offline 1 scrap for 2 Machinas. I withdraw the 2 Machinas then and sold them Online and this was working, you can see this in my history.

Is there a way, to clean out steam gifts in the 'New trade's search engine? I see there are like 8 kind of terrarias (and multiple of other games too), and it's hard to find out, which one works.

It cannot be cleaned out because it is generated from the gifts themselves. The problem of Steam gifts is that for the same game there can be many different 'defindex' which could stand for different 'versions' or for other unknown reasons. The 8 terraria you see (9 right now to be exact) are actually different. You can kind of see it yourself if you try to search the games one by one - you will see different results leading to game copies from different people. As for why it is designed like that I believe only Valve can tell. Of course during normal peer-to-peer trading no one will see the difference of the gifts because no one would see or care about the defindex anyway. But if a gift has to be understood by a bot the defindex matters and the fact that steam gifts are not 'uniformed' by their defindex means that we cannot do anything about having multiple instances of a game in the database.

This is also one of the reasons why I have spoken here on multiple occasion that we cannot perfect steam gifts trading on Dispenser.tf unless Valve changes their schema format.

I'm having quite a lot of trouble the last 3 days getting to trade with my bot. It checks my steamrep at the bottom, but nothing happens afterwards. After some tries it usually works, but I would think people purchasing would be less patient.

As for the messages not being received. At some games the bot seems to write the entire description of the game. I guess if the length is the problem; could the message be kept to the title of the game only and not the description?

In my trades I have "Resident Evil 6 - complete pack" standing there for 5 keys. It's not in my inventory though and if I edit the trade it disappears as well. Not quite sure if the game disappeared or if I had already sold my last copy.

Hi there,

For some reason I am unable to edit a trade that I already got open, I try to add a game to the trade and after pressing 'Save Trade' it loads forever and never saves.

And after that I try to create a totally new trade, and apparently I am unable to create them.

Could you please look into it? Thank you.

Had somebody who wanted to purchase something from my store, but when pressing steam purchase, his steamrep was checked, but nothing else happened.

Unable to receive a security code. I've tried to remove and add the bot again but it's not accepting friend request. Sad but I have too much issues with dispenser lately
