I will not review the individual issues that took place on Dec 22. because it's the Steam API that is causing the problems temporarily.

Recently, I had a lot of cancelled purchases: http://dispenser.tf/shop_log/12116/?show_all=true&page=1

I talked to two of them, one said, it isn't working, the other said "it keeps saying the item information is unavaliable".
I just tested the bot, and realised 1 of these games turned ghost after the last purchase: http://dispenser.tf/trade/71265/

I don't think that all of my possibly (at least 3 of them imo) wanted to click on the same game out of 10, so the two problems might be caused by different reasons.

Please look into this

I see 9 gifts here and none of them give me 'Item Information Unavailable'. I guess the Steam API was really not available by the time of purchase?

The ghost item disappeared. I hope the line of cancelled purchases will also stop now.

A cs:s + garry's stucked in my inventory and is shaded even though I don't have a trade open for it. I guess it's because some half-cutted unverified purchase.

When there are unverified tasks you have to wait until they sort out themselves I believe, Steam API being slow as hell just like 4 days ago. We cannot force the issues.

Hello i am first time here and i don't know how to search... I mean it doesn't work for me. I go on http://dispenser.tf/search/ than click on example "Steam Gifts" after that i can see all items but in search box (filter box) i can't write or paste anything :/

My csgo gift and castle crashers gifts became like this without its usual image after moving my copy to the bot.

Any reason why the gifts changed from the normal version to the ones in the image.

The images were taken from my bot.

Just put the keyword in the search box under the main page and press enter.

I Putted 3 Chivalarys On My Inventory But It Doesn't Appears On My Dispenser Inventory.
