Ok. After I lost 4-5 hours on configuring how the f*ck to donate for VIP, now I'm VIP and I can't deposit item to BOT! AWESOME ! Status is accepted ( in dispenser ) but it is still pending in steam. WTF? Also personalisation not working! I changed all settings ( such as name, country ), but BOT changed only picture and nothing else

--Cant update the private bot name, summary and all, i dont have put any symbol or long text..

--Autobump dont work every 15 minutes but every 2 hour i guess

I will move your shop to a bot that could change its profile.

Sorry but I have to move you to another bot again because I moved you to another VIP's bot :[. Please apply the profile change again.

Ive seen, no problem xD, this can fix the autobump thing?

Autobump does not work like it should, my shop isn't bumped every 15 minutes, please check it.

It's that time of the month again. Wishlist takes minutes to load and fails so for slot #2 & #3.

Search function doesn't include my shop. I have Middle-Earth: Shadows of Mordor in my shop, but it is not found when you search for Mordor. It appears only VIP members are included in the search, which is a bit unfair imo. Can you please change this so I can be found and try to sell it.

Autobump doesnt work properly .. My shop is bumped every 30 or 60 minutes instead of 15 minutes .. Thank you ..

Trade Declined for cs:go items only at now, i can up my tf2 keys but if i add cs:go key bot is declining it (im vip, bp is not full )

auto bump is not working properly any chance to allow us change timezone

My shop inventory is bugged , i tried to withdraw my last 75 TF2 keys and accepted the trade offer normally ... the trade went through but i got site notification that there was an error on the trade so the keys are still appearing on my shop even though i already withdrew them...

also .. i cannot withdraw my 4x CSGO hunstman key .. it is stucked on the pop up window (checking steam rep / consistency etc.)

Joto	June 10, 2014, 6:05 a.m. (Last edited by Joto on June 11, 2014, 6:23 a.m.) About Autobump: Cara told me he tuned down the autorbump for about ~30 minutes for all shop classes to reduce load and give manual bump a bit more usefulness. Overall the shop bumping ordering should not change.

Not sure if this is a known issue, but onsite purchase for Bitcoin isn't working. every time I tried it stuck after clicking "Proceed".

My Terraria trade is no longer shown and i am not able to see the gift in my shop but when i check my Bot's gift inventory it is there. I tried withdrawing it from the bot but it keeps rejecting my offer with error "Items not recognized..."

Please fix this, someone wants to buy the gift.
