I have a problem in the first exchange came Error 28, disappeared the key but I did not receive the sacred gold game, trying to follow the change with another key but the program behaves as if there were, ayda please left me without key and not received the game in the exchange offer gets canceled and goes to any of the items no longer available

Custom HTML colors do not work, tried several times - it still remains white in main page, as in store page too.

added keys to backpak but still in transporting status after more than 20 minutes..

Can not withdraw all TF2 keys. Marked as locked with other tasks.

Hi there.
Recently 2 of my customers told me that they wanted to buy from my shop, but the bot didn't work for them.
The strange thing is that both of them told me they clicked on "confirm" to get their trade offer, but nothing happened after that (such bugs never happened to myself except for the last 6 hours of summer sale).
Has anything been buggy on the site in the last, say, 48 hours? Any solutions?

I´ve got a problem with the secondary authentication. Every time I try to enter the code, it won´t accept it. Instead, nothing happens; it won't let me through, despite having entered the right code.

I have tons of gifts in my bot's inventory but didn't show in my shop. This is really confusing！
sometimes I exchange item with my bot, it show trade accepted,but I wait hours still dont see them in my shop.

this happens, any step to avoid this?
