Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

Hey I was wondering if you had the time to access my bot and send me a trade offer to send 2 copies of castle crashers to my bot. Because right now on my pc its not letting me send trades through browser but if im sent one i should be able to accept through my phone. Thank you so much if you take time out of your day for me c:

Bot accepted my trade offer but items did not appear (they are in bot's BP). Please help me with that problem. Also add me one expander =) Thaaanks

I traded your bots like 50 + hats and they're not showing up in my inventory. Dispenser bot 7 I believe.

Thanks for adding my expanders.
I have a question...is there a safe limit for transferring items to the store?
After expanding my bots capacity I got carried away with the size of the trade offers I made to the store. Transfers up to 20-50-something seem to go through without issue. Transfers larger than 80-100 sometimes end up in limbo for long periods. That is to say the offer is accepted, the items are in the bots bp, but not in the store's inventory. On occasion, sending through a smaller item set seems to push through items in limbo from a previous offer. That may well just be coincidence however as it isn't a observable every time.
Would it be possible to add a manual 'recheck' function that resolves deposited items and makes them available in the inventory?

I think I currently have 340+ items in limbo.

Larger than 250 has a very high chance of failure. Other than that I am not sure. It depends on the condition of the network and Steam Community. But of course, the less items in a trade offer the higher chance of success.

I tried to transfer 123 trading cards into my account a few hours ago... it said it was accepted but the cards are not in my dispenser. please find them and move them over please

I do have the same problem, i withdrew metal from my bot and traded some weapons in
but the inventory of my shop is still stuck and shows all the metal and no weapons.

hi i am a vip member , once i click on relocate i recieve the following messege SHOP UNAVAILABLE
All bots in this class were occupied, but inactive shops will be purged every few hours, please try again later.

note i turned vip today
