Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

Zzzzzz been over a month now and I can't retrieve items... I paid 50$ for this service and it won't even work I have supplied you with info on the problem and still nothing... What sorcery is this?

Zzzzzz been over a month now and I can't retrieve items... I paid 50$ for this service and it won't even work I have supplied you with info on the problem and still nothing... What sorcery is this?

If I remember right its the Capacity Reached error? This error is usually legit, it really means that one of your backpack is full. If you are sure it is not, then that is mostly caused by API error (Steam reports wrong backpack space). If you trade CS:GO items you will see this error 99% of the time because only 1% of the time I see that API is up and running smoothly.

I cant withdraw ANYTHING ... Gifts, TF2 Items, CSGO Items... Nothing... I had to log in to my alt to retrieve my items and put them on sale for little value and rush on to my alt to buy them for the cheap cost, luckily no one got there before me...

This is really weird as it seems every accounts (including your alt) could receive trade offer from the bot except your account. I would like to ask is there any problem for you on deposit? Could you deposit a TF2 key and then withdraw it after it gets registered to the shop?

I think I found the problem. "Also do not deposit untradable gifts from accounts other than the one which is linked to your shop."
I read it too late. btw can you fix it please?))

sorry joto i also did the same mistake . 1 copy of fallout 3 .. i sent from my alternate account .. :( pls fix ..i just read the warning ..wont do it again in the future.. thank you in advance.

I cant deposit or withdraw I literally can't do a single thing with my bot..
