Starting from 3/13/2016, new key credit policy takes effect:

As the number of unwithdrawn keys has grown over 30000, there is an urgent need of implementing an auto withdrawal system to make space for key deposit. Under the new system. when it is detected that our remaining storage space has gone low, VIP users with high amount of key credit will be "forced" to withdraw TF2 keys to their shop bot.

I believe this will benefit the site as a whole as we can make sure there is always space for buyers to deposit keys. We will also have a better variation of keys for withdrawal as the system won't be always decreasing the supply and increasing the withdrawal price of CS:GO keys to reduce the amount of TF2 keys in the system.

Hi, I just bought the VIP and I'm confused on how to set up the private bot. Any help is appreciated!

Use the shop interface: http://dispenser.tf/myshop/
You should see a message to tell you to relocate to a VIP bot if you have not already. Just follow the instruction and you will have a private bot.

To set up bot names etc. you could go to this page: http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/


Is it 90 dollars for Private Bot or 50 because I only paid 50 that might be why it's not working.

It is 50 dollars. Relocation should now worked.

You have to provide the gift - simply add it to the library does not work for the bot for some reason.

In that case please add the Gun Monkeys Gift that i have provided to the bot.

Also, for some reason my bot can't send friend invites. For example i enter my SteamID64 on http://dispenser.tf/view_customization/ but it always comes with error "Invite friend failed". Could you please check it?

I redeemed the Gun Monkey and sent you a friend request from the bot, try if you can accept.

If you are talking about CS:GO keys, just retry when the API is up.

Can you activate takedown sabre gift on my bot, also craft the csgo cards for leveling up and my last request if you can launch the tf2 and csgo games when you have time with my bot cause it asking mail confirmation whenever i try to trade with my bot

Ask you for email confirmation or ask the bot? The bot has it disabled.
