If you have lost items, please report with the following information:

1. The item(s) that is missing from your inventory.
2. The Steam Inventory History of your transaction. (example: 22 Apr You traded with Dispenser.tf Logistic. 7:27pm – Rust.)

I will reassign the items directly to your inventory upon confirmation (if it's a database syncing problem), or compensate you in metal/credit.

*IMPORTANT*: To save us some time, please only consider your items 'lost' if they have not been registered after an hour of trade. It is perfectly normal for your items to be recognized late as the Steam API does not always give the immediate response.

Also, please edit your post if your lost items has already restored.

NOTE 1: I may not reply to every posts here. You can check back and see if the items are restored.

About 8-9 hours ago i withdrew some metal and also deposited 2 name tags. the name tags haven't been seen since. They were deposited using Dispenser 26 (Lv.2).

Items missing: 1 scrap metal
Went missing from my shop, I sell weapons for 1 scrap each. This was the chat log I recieved:
Never tell your password to anyone.
Dispenser 50: Offered: Gloves of Running Urgently. Your shop has 9 slots left.

However, the scrap never appeared, in neither metal, nor credit. Not really a problem, but just so you know this happens!

I deposited 1 ref to credit on Dispenser Vault 03 and it doesn't show up on my credit page.

Donated 1 ref to Official. It accepted the trade and failed to credit my account.

As an aside, the old trade still shows up at the top of the list, with no items.
And the bot didn't display a success message (I can't remember if it should or not). Instead, after the trade completed I saw this:

The important part seems to be fine, but it does make a bit skeptical of the consistency.

Seems missing a sticky jumper. Because I remember I have 3 set sticky selling, and get one out, I think I have 2 left. But now only have one.

I may need to close all your open trade to fix that (except pawn shop).


I think nothing is really missing. There was extra items being generated in your inventory (it is quite a known bug recently, although we got no idea why it is happening). I have checked the items in the bot and every items are assigned to a shop.


There are 7 sticky jumper in the bot but you have 8 in your inventory. I guess that bug hits you too..
